3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must contact our sales team for qualification and account setup. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at our sole discretion. 8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be available 100% of the time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TensorLyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the services will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
